For those who know Saloon more or less, for those who lived it before even 35 years ago, when we first opened, for our new friends, is the pine trees of Ilissia, which are making a difference: an oasis in the center of our Athens. Such as a forest finishes on the beach or such as you are high among the hills.
Imagine that summer you can literally do holidays, two steps from the Constitution Square, at the heart of Athens. At the same time, you can keep the memory of Athens which was loved by its best children, composers, filmmakers, painters and the actors who brighten our city.
Manos and Alice, Fasianos and Tsarouchis, Minotis and Karouzos but also all young people who are following their famous footsteps.
This summer, every day from six at the afternoon, for a drink and snacks, later on for starters, for the freshest salad and for lunch until late, the Saloon maintain it's vigor and quality.
 Our new dishes fragrant health: our mozzarella slices on highly chosen fragrance tomatoes, the tuna nisouaz, the variety of herbs and vinegkre, the Mexican classic with chopped materials (lettuce, tomato, rocket and black beans) are suggestions for light dinner or for starters.
After that you can taste our roast chicken with vegetables or skewer Botsaris (!) from tenderloin, served with baked pita bread, light tzatziki and chopped tomatoes and even a veal steak with grilled vegetables or our taliateles spinach with an orgy of herb.
Dishes that does not burden the stomach and wallet ... let us not forget in times of crisis, without making the slightest concession in quality.
Clearly suggested the whole range of proven and tested over time tastes, while the cellar remains one of the most updated cellars of Athens, both in known labels and in the efforts of new producers.
